I’m writing to ticket #408744 and I have to start a new topic because I can’t reply to the original ticket because of a bug on the forum. This is what I get when I try to reply:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable all third-party plugins, as the website would become hardly functional. See the list of the currently used plugins:
Which of these plugins do you think could be interfering with the Smart Carousel? I would then temporarily disable those plugins and check the website again.

You can disable plugins one by one.
