I have a simple “About us” page without Sidebar on our website that runs WordPress 4.9.4 and ID Store 4.6.
The “About Us” page just has some plain text and a single image.
Depending on which browser the page is viewed in the responsiveness acts different
Edge:
Everything works correct. The image is reduced in size when the browser window becomes smaller and the text is split up over more lines.
Chrome:
Doensn’t work correct.
Image is reduced in size when browser window becomes smaller but image is not moved/centetered on screen so it disappears from the viewable screen as the browser window becomes smaller.
The text doesn’t change at all (not spilt up over more lines) so a large part of the text also disappears from the viewable screen
FireFox:
Doensn’t work correct.
Similar behaviour to Chrome.
Images is sometimes reduzed in size when browser window becomes smaller but part of the image disappears from the viewable screen.
The text doesn’t change at all (not spilt up over more lines) so a large part of the text also disappears from the viewable screen
I have tested with all plugins disabled and enabled and the behavior is the same across the three browsers.
Hope you can help me out.
Regards
Don
Hello,
Please try to disable all 3-rd plugins and then check, if the problem won’t be solved, please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.
Regards
