Hello. I have a problem while connecting a payment method plugin.
When I want to click the “Place order” button, it is taking me to another page
In the first image (blue button) is the selected payment method, and in the second image it’s the page that it is taking me to. And it should just not take me there.
Even when I click on the “Place order” button on the second page, it just refreshes the page.
Any idea how to solve this?
I mean, Stripe works and it just sends me to the “Thank you” page after paying. But this does not.

The technical team from the Payment method checked, and they said that it is something from the xStore module.
But I don’t know.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Please provide FTP access, and we will check what can be done to help you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Sorry for the late response. But still, it’s strange that it has 2 checkout pages.
And I did not activate the second checkout for xStore. So it should not be activated, right?
I added another plugin for checkout that works, but when I choose that payment method it sends me to the other checkout page, even though, I did not use it anywhere.
Strange.

To resolve the issue, we have temporarily disabled the “Enable The Store Checkout” feature, which has restored functionality to the checkout page.
Additionally, we have encountered an issue with the NETOPIA Payments method; it appears that the public and private keys may be missing. Could you please verify this? So, I saw that there is only the checkout page from xStore.
Alright, I am using the Stripe method, which works.
And I have added the public and private keys for Netopia in cPanel, as I have spoke with the team from Netopia.
And they are there, but still, it does not work. It refreshes the same page of checkout.
Netopia should open a new page to insert the card details and everything. And something is blocking it.
Do you need access to cPanel or something?
Idk how to solve this.

We managed to solve it, and now it works both on any page, I mean the Netopia plugin.
But, is there a way to deactivate the xStore checkout page?
And have only the cart flow one?
I mean to not be redirected in any way to the xStore checkout page?

Currently, there is no settings to disable the checkout page because our XStore theme is using the default checkout page of WooCommerce plugin.
In this case, we suggest you to contact the author of CartFlows plugin. Maybe they will have a custom code to force the checkout page is always using the template from CartFlows.
