PRO Elements causing error HTTP Error 500

    This page isn’t working luckyperfume21.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    This error is showing up when using Pro Elements plugin, do we not get Elementor Pro with the site’s license? Please advise how to fix the error.
