Hello everyone!
I have a problem with the product filters. When I select any attribute, it shows me a message that no products have been found.
It only happens on product tag or category slugs, but in the store slug it doesn’t happen.
I have deactivated WP Rocket, and it still doesn’t work.
What is the reason? Since it’s quite rare that it only happens on product categories and tags URLs.
Thank you very much for your time.
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
2/ Try to disable “Ajax Product Filters” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Filters
3/ Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Regards

To access wp-admin, you have to access from the link I have given you.
I have just accessed FTP with the data I have given you, could it be that it is blocked for outside Spain?
