Hello, @Tal,
1. I have debugged your site now and found the cause of the issue, Actually, the filter is working fine on your site but it has been hidden on your site using the hidden class and that might be because of any third-party plugin conflict.
Please check your site screenshot: https://postimg.cc/gxh00yNh
And I have tested the same filter on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me without any hidden class: https://postimg.cc/H8JghHNM
That is the main issue, so you have to try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the issue still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know I will debug in deep to find the cause of the issue and also your permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customziation as well.
Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first, before going to disabling the plugins to avoid any inconvenience.
2. Your issue has been solved, I have set the Shop/Category page layout as a sidebar from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout: https://postimg.cc/rDhLMDL4 and then set the Filter from Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop SIdebar: https://postimg.cc/kBTnX1QD so now it is showing the sub-categories on your site in the sidebar: https://postimg.cc/wR3w5jGC

Hello, @Tal,
Thanks for the access. I have checked your issue in depth and found that the issue is not coming from our theme. I installed and activated the “Storefront” theme on your site and set the filters and found the same issue. The thing is that there is something wrong with WooCommerce and you have to contact the WooCommerce plugin support in order to solve your issue. Once it will work fine with the storefront theme it will work fine with our theme too.
I have made a video for you kindly watch it complete: https://streamable.com/5umhxs

Hello, @Tal,
1- Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

2- Actually, in the mobile menu you can only show the category or a menu only there is no option in this if you choose a category it will show auto and you cannot change it. But if you choose a menu to show in extra tab from the theme options like this: https://postimg.cc/7JHTfNsC then you can select a different menu there and you can edit/create a new menu for this from the Appearance >> Menus and set the menu items in it as per you need.
and sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme to set the icon at the category.
3- Your issue is resolved now, kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the image to know I solve your issue: https://postimg.cc/5Yg8qtRk Here is the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/xXjDtp8x
4 a- Issue resolved now the add to cart button is now appearing on the red background see image: https://postimg.cc/hzMcDFXd please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
4 b- Same as for Point NO 1.
